Notice for our EU customers – Due to the new requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we have temporarily suspended shipping to EU countries outside Germany. We are currently working on implementing the new requirements and will gradually resume international shipping. Would you still like to place an order? Feel free to contact us directly at any time – we will check individually whether delivery to your country is possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Under EU law, goods sold to consumers come with a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement from the seller; where that is not possible you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
