Dry fill gauges from rabo are used when laying dry fill (e.g. in drywall construction). They are used to precisely adjust and control the fill height so that the subfloor is level and provides an optimal base for dry screed panels or other floor coverings.

How are dry fill gauges used?

1. Set the leveling height: place the rabo base rails with the bulk material or the rabo leveling block at the level of the fill.

2. Add fill: The dry/leveling fill (e.g. expanded clay balls, mineralized wood chips or perlite) is poured onto the ground.

3. Leveling: Using the adjustable leveling bar, the fill is evenly distributed along the rabo base rails to the set height.

4. Remove base rails: After removal, the rabo base rails can be easily removed.
